The terrestrial orchid collection of the Botanical Garden of Ushuaia is oriented to represent and conserve the orchid species of Tierra del Fuego. In the first stage, work on this collection was carried out with the collaboration of students and biology specialists from the National University of Tierra del Fuego (UNTDF), such as Martina Piccolini, for its development and study.
